I went for a simple oil change, and at the end they explained and printed a sheet of potential issues. While i am skeptical when this happens, i appreciate that there was no pressure to get something or other replaced or fixed on top of what i came for.
When we do any service we do a courtesy check for our customers. We can prevent unexpected breakdowns or undue expense. We of course would like to do any needed service for our customers. We just don't push the issue on something they did not come in for. Thank you for your business and your review.
