This shop works as a great Team to get you a quote and then perform the services you select. With 202,000 miles on my vehicle it was time to check all systems. They performed complete 1st brake job, oil change, tire sensor replacement, rotated tires since to determine which TPMS sensor was not actually working, all had to be removed. My Mayday Battery had to be obtained from dealer and they kept me informed as to when it would arrive and then replaced it. The interior was tidied up after replacing the little battery behind the telescoping steering wheel. Fair price for great service. Vehicle was returned to me in less than 48 hours. I had a replacement belt for a extremely hard to turn steering wheel. I was in tears and really didn't know what we were going to do. Staff were ask to staff late to fix our car so we could get back home. We still had a 8 hour drive. Our bill was also extremely cheap, as charges were cut down alot. I highly recommend going to Austin's Automotive Specialists. They are extremely professional and do care about you as a person and your needs. I want to give a big thank you to them. We made it home safely and our car runs great 👍.

Highly recommend this shop as they are trustworthy. They diagnosed by engine warning light and did not charge me a thing as they did not have to repar anything. Most other businesses want about $150 just to diagnose.

Very disappointed ..we went to a diagnostic for car they tried to makeit up. The eingine was messed up which wasn t thruth. No professionalism at all.. Dont go there.
