Great service and friendly staff

I supplied my own specifications for an alignment on a car I intend to autocross. The service manager took my print out with the specs and hardly said a word about it. I would have like to hear something like no we can't do that or sure we can do that or let me see if we can do that. Something. Well, I take silence as acceptance, albeit rudish, and hand over the keys. I get my car back and assume they had done as I asked. Funny how the service manager got friendly when I'm leaving. I see that in cusotmer service reps I manage at work. Friendly on the phone, ask them something that might mean a little more work on their part and they get quiet or their tone changes abruptly, but when they get to get rid of you, they get all happy. I get it home and check the alignment sheet they provide (which is nice) and while some of the specs were as I requested, others were not. It would have been nice to have an explantion of why they could not be done or that they weren't done or anything aside from here's your keys and now that you and your special request are leaving, I will be nice. Update: JT contacted me, apologized for the lack of communication, and offered for me to come back in and make things right. He and his team were very communicative about the alignment process bringing me into the shop several times to show me how things were progressing and explaining what they were doing. I left with my expectations set and exceeded. I will go back for sure.

They were efficient and explained what they found on the car. I arrived a few minutes before they opened but they accommodated me.

I started going to Austin Automotive Specialists after a very bad experience at my regular shop I'd been using for years. The manager JT was professional and informative, even though it was routine maintenance. Their prices are fair, and the technician didn't make a mess of my car while he performed the work. ie - spilled fluids in the engine compartment, dirty hand prints on the hood, doors, etc. I'm very picky about my car, and as long as they keep up the good work, I'll continue to go back.

Took my truck in to the Hutto location to have steering pump replaced on 01 dodge 2500 truck. They did a great job. Fast turnaround. I dealt with Paul. He was honest and straight forward. I'll go back for more work.

Paul was great to work with when replacing the struts & shocks on my 2010 Honda Odyssey. He was the only Hutto dealer to quote using the “best” Monroe parts and still met competitive prices. In addition, he knew how to fix my broken fender skirt & adjust the wheel camber without using an expensive camber kit. He provided several no charge services plus a round trip home & back.

Paul and his team are awesome. They do great work at a very reasonable price and get it done in a timely manner. I'm so thankful to have found them almost 10 years ago. Thank you Paul! And as long as I keep having to get work done on my cars, you'll be stuck seeing me for years to come! :-)
