I really appreciate this place working us in the day before Christmas Eve to test out the auto emissions signal light that came on and making the repair quickly so we could travel safely. I had previously taken my car in to get the brakes checked when they were squeaking. They did a thorough inspection and determined they had plenty of life left. They easily could have just taken my money and I wouldn't have known the difference, but they were honest and I appreciate that.

Full auto service, for all needed maintenance. Helpful, experienced and knowledgeable staff. Got a text with a link to a page where I was given status and updates on my repair. Even had recommendations and pictures of wear or maintenance needed. This came in real time as I was waiting for my car. Great service, would recommend to others.

This shop works as a great Team to get you a quote and then perform the services you select. With 202,000 miles on my vehicle it was time to check all systems. They performed complete 1st brake job, oil change, tire sensor replacement, rotated tires since to determine which TPMS sensor was not actually working, all had to be removed. My Mayday Battery had to be obtained from dealer and they kept me informed as to when it would arrive and then replaced it. The interior was tidied up after replacing the little battery behind the telescoping steering wheel. Fair price for great service. Vehicle was returned to me in less than 48 hours. It's my go to mechanic, they are honest and they've never lied to me about an issue with any of my vehicles. I have always had positive interactions with the auto technicians. They are friendly and are always happy to help.

Great service and amazing people!

I had a replacement belt for a extremely hard to turn steering wheel. I was in tears and really didn't know what we were going to do. Staff were ask to staff late to fix our car so we could get back home. We still had a 8 hour drive. Our bill was also extremely cheap, as charges were cut down alot. I highly recommend going to Austin's Automotive Specialists. They are extremely professional and do care about you as a person and your needs. I want to give a big thank you to them. We made it home safely and our car runs great 👍.

They helped me when the heater in my car was not working and they fix it fast. Awesome job they did. The weather was dropping so I needed that fix and they did a walking. Thank you
