I came in for an easy Transmission Flush; the Team let me know about more of the options and opportunities for me to keep my car running for another 10 years! The Team was great, Mike was truly helpful, and I'm so glad that I've decided to make this shop, my shop!!

I love the guys at this Austin Automotive location! Mike always takes great care of my Tacoma truck, regardless of the problem, from routine maintenance to more serious issues. He is very professional and great at explaining what repairs are needed and why. I never feel like he is trying to sell me on stuff the truck doesn't need, he does what you ask for. Prices are reasonable, service is fast and efficient, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for honest car repair and maintenance.

Love this place! They are always honest, affordable, and time efficient. Mike is super friendly and will be upfront with me about what type of maintenance my car needs and what I can wait to do (so that I'm not spending a ton of money at once). I have never had a bad experience here!

I recently got brake pads and rear rotors replaced... the service and work were fantastic, car drive like new, but something funky happened and things didn’t smell quite right. I contacted Justin at the William Canon location and he offered to have me pop over to their location on research Blvd. (I was north Austin at this point)... Doug and his great team of speedy mechanics got right on the issue and even fixed a tail light... now my ride is driving balanced and braking like it was off the showroom floor. I definitely recommend them!

These guys are great. We always get friendly service and a fair price. Mike has even helped us bring down the cost of repairs a few times, letting me know what is essential versus ideal. The waiting area is clean and nice, and they always get my car or my husband's truck in and out quickly. We love having them in the neighborhood!
