The shop was really busy when I called them about a burned out headlamp. The guy at the desk still managed to squeeze me in once I explained I was from out of town and needed the headlamp fixed to drive home safely to New Mexico. I wish we had a shop like this where I live!

I've used Austin Automative since moving to Austin in 2008. This trip was to replace the timing chain in our 14' Ford Expedition which has now amassed 149k miles. The truck continues to run great and I'll see continue to see Melissa and her team whenever the next need arises. B #greatpeople

This place charges "Battery Diagnostics Only" for $149. If you looking for simple battery test and replacement go for autozone or pep boys.

I am sorry there must be a communication problem here. We do not charge for Battery testing. However we do charge for electrical system diagnostics. Please contact the Manager Jerome and he will see what we can do about this.

Had my car inspected here over the summer, staff were very friendly and waiting room has nice accommodations while you wait. Actually have people who can drive standard vehicles, which is impressive!

I came in to get my car check engine light looked at I was just trying to get it look at I was fine with the fee I was told I would have to leave my car I was just wanting them to find out what was wrong with my car so thay could order the parts and I would bering my car back when the parts came in the person was very pushing on me leaving my car Come to see when I got back in my car the light went off. I WILL NEVER COME TO ANY OF THERE LOCATIONS AGAIN.

Dropped my truck off expecting it to take a couple of days. Got a call 2 hours later that it was completed. No more vibrations driving down the road. These folks have always been quick to respond and always provide affordable repairs.
