The service I had done was for a code P0305, cylinder 5 misfire on my 2008 Police Series Impla. They replaced the spark plugs, spark plug wires, coil pack, serpentine belt. Prior to taking my vehicle to Austin Automotive, my vehicle was sitting and waiting for this repair at Christian Brothers for seven days. Chris at Austin Automotive was able to get my vehicle in for the repair one day after I made my telephone call. My vehicle was done with the repair the next day. I appreciate the quick response because I had obligations to attend in the state of Wisconsin. The staff was friendly and my vehicle is back on the road. Prices are comparable to other shops in the area. I will be using them again in the future.

When you find a great auto repair shop it’s like finding a great doctor! You always go back. We have been going to Andy and his crew for years. You might not like what you hear from them but you can bet it is what your car needs. Would not go anywhere else. Honesty and integrity is what they are about.

Loved setting an appointment - this allowed me to plan the rest of my day. Folks are friendly, courteous and professional. The price was great too. All good
