They did exactly what they said they would do and even though they weren’t able to complete the repair they were honest and up front about what was done. They replaced my battery under warranty which was a blessing and they were always courteous and caring. The shop was clean and well organized which was something you don’t find in most repair shops.

Making an appointment was effortless through the website. They texted me confirming my appointment the next day and even sent my a reminder! The lady at the front desk was very helpful and the mechanics were able to find the problem relatively fast, and fix it the same day. Would definitely recommend!

I am from out of state and needed a vehicle inspection and a oil change. I called several places and could not belive the overcharging for an oil change. I called Austin's and l they were fair and normal. These guys went above and beyond. I was told in my other state I needed brakes, Austin's Automotive said I do not. They could of done work and I would have never known. Honest and great people .

Came here for them to do my brakes. They did them and the warped within 2 weeks. I brought it back and they turned them, they warped again. After that, they told me my shocks were blown and that's why it keeps going bad. I took my car to another mechanic (Vick's Expertune) and they replaced the rotors with OEM from Lexus. Those have been fine for 6 months. My guess is they sourced cheap, inferior rotors. Vick's also looked at my shocks and they're fine. Austin's Automotive lied to cover their poor work and parts. I will never go here again and tell anyone who asks to avoid it.

They were honest about the timeline, identified the problem, and replaced the master cylinder for a fair price. Honest, fair, and transparent.

I drove down there, handed over my keys, sat on the bench in front of the shop, waited 5 hours until the work was completed.
