I highly recommend this location for automobile repairs. I took my vehicle in for a leaking oil problem. Forrest and his technicians provided great customer service, showed me where my oil leak was, and performed great service. The price was great and I will definitely return for any future repairs.

Chris was able to assist from from the very beginning by providing me with more information by phone on pricing for services. I was told by another facility I needed front and back work for brakes but felt like some of the work was not necessary and I was being taken advantage of. Chris won me over by phone and was able to give me an honest second opinion. The entire team worked me in for a quick evaluations and made me feel right at home with their transparency. I ended up having Chris and his team complete not only my front brake work but also an oil change. The pricing was reasonable and I was more than happy to trust them with my vehicle as each interaction felt personable for my needs. I will continue to take my car to Austin Automotive as a result of their expertise, education and caring nature.

Totally rude and unprofessional. I kindly asked to get some air in my tire. The owner told me his techs are busy with paying customers. Even though one guy was sitting on a lift staring at his phone.

They always do a good job and can typically get the Oil Change done very quickly. Also, the breaks were making some noise, so I asked to check them. Everything was fine, just a little break dust… Very nice!
