Had rear brakes done, and an oil/filter change. The young guy behind the desk was courteous, and easy going. The brakes were an appointment, but they also did the oil chang,etc. Servce was fast . Great job guys !

We were down to one car and it suddenly decided not to start although the battery was fine. Had it towed in late in the day and they went out of their way to have it ready the next afternoon. Plus the front desk guy Clay is a hoot! Will take my car back there in the future.

They charge you to tell you what’s wrong with your vehicle, even if you know what’s wrong with it. They will diagnose your vehicle and charge you for it…even if you told them what was wrong with it in the first place. Big bracket.

I love this place. They do good work and do a nice job of communicating. Their new estimate and billing notifications make things so much easier. Everything is itemized based on urgency ( some things are critical, some are just optional maintenance things). I never feel pushed to do anything - they present the issues and let you decide. And you can pay through your phone before you pick up the vehicle ( which saves time). Highly recommend Austin Automotive on E Crystal Falls Pkwy!

Honest and fair. Could have steered me towards expensive repairs but they didn’t. They listened to my plans for my truck and helped me decide to trade it in. They even took pictures of it for me to use when I was negotiating at the dealership. Russell and the guys at the Buda store have my loyalty! Oh AND their facility can work on dually trucks!
