Once again Brandon saved my old car. It would not start and they located the problem quickly, he also located a new horn to replace my dying horn. Thank you thank you Brandon and the great people at Austin Automotive. Wes and his team are great I took my car to a national “repair shop” and I’m being really generous with that term here, for inspection they told me that the rear tail light assembly had gone out and I would need another new one but they were no longer manufacturing the part for my car because it’s 21 years old and they don’t install aftermarket products.Seriously on a car that’s 21 years old all your going to find are after market parts! I asked did it pass smog and they said no and that was it they didn’t say Why it didn’t pass smog So I shopped around and found Austin Automotive Wes and Brandon and the team saved my baby, they replaced the part that it needed and passed inspection with Flying colors On a second trip to repair they found other items that needed replacing. Most importantly they fixed the Air Conditioning it took a couple of days and three different hoses but Brandon persevered and now it’s like new. There are two simple reasons they have been in business for 46 years they are knowledgeable, reliable, and fair. Once again Austin Automotive comes through. You can make appts on the website. Save time don’t go anywhere else My son in law took his car to that other place and they are still scratching their heads !!!

Everyone was. Very nice but my brake lights were burnt out and you removed them but did not replace them, so I drove around for several days with no brake lights. Just glad I didn’t get a ticket. You need to review that tech who forgot to put new bulbs in. That’s a pretty spacey mistake

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the integrity this mechanic shop has towards their customers. To be transparent, I had my car at Henna Chevy before coming here… the advisor there was so cold and rude it made me feel horrible as a customer their estimate for the same repairs was over $4000. Not to mention the $1000 diagnostic fee just to open the hood. This shop very fairly charged me less than $2000 for the same repairs and the same warranty. Not only are they honest they are kind. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality experience with even better quality repair work. Thank you.

It's hard to find the intersection of reliable mechanic and affordable prices. You're usually sacrificing one over the other. Enter Paul and his team at AAS. Prior to discovering them, I sacrificed affordable prices to ensure quality work and reliable service. There's just too much precious cargo in my vehicles to do otherwise. When you enter the shop located just off Palm valley in Hutto, if your can find a park in their densely occupied lot, you are immediately greeted at the service desk by Paul out one of the other associates. Honest, up front, and NO price gouging!!! We went in for a water pump, radiator hoses and coolant flush. He noticed that our serpentine belt was bad and thermostat rusted ('07 300c). He notified us of the issue, the cost of the repair and had us back on the road in a day!!! I fadt turn around. So far the car is running great and we have no complaints
