I love Austin’s Automotive Specialists in Lakeway! They are attentive and very honest which is not super common with automotive shops. I’m a single mom and know NOTHING about my car. They keep track, remember me and are very detailed. I recently had my oil changed because I was going to take a long trip with my daughter and several of her friends. I was informed that I had a cracked belt that needed to be changed right away. If I didn’t get my oil changed I might have been stranded hours away on a dirt road with 6 people in the car. I’m so appreciative!!!!! I won’t ever get service anywhere else!

Morgan and all the folks there were very responsive and got two separate repairs done quickly and for a reasonable amount. I even returned twice to get my headlights adjusted and they jumped right on it. Highly recommend them.

They did a great job for me! Got me in right away on NYE. Nice people. Doug, the Regional Manager, was super. So was Morgan the store mgr. Fair price. A lot cheaper than the dealership. They have done my brake work for years and I have referred many happy customers to them.
