My advise STAY AWAY!!!. Terrible experience. I went to this place to get diagnosed transmission fluid leak and asked for estimate for consideration and I told that I'm not willing to invest a lot because this vehicle has high miles and I'd rather donate it as is if price would be too high. Although it was obvious that TF is leaking from axle seal I specifically mentioned that axle seal and axle was recently replaced and since leak remained the cause might me internal. I received a call from them same day and was told that cause was bad axle seal and was given estimate for 259.67$. Price was fine I just couldn't believe that changing axle seal will fix the problem since it was recently replaced. They assured me that this will take care of leak and that they will give me 12 months warranty. BTW they tried to sell lots of other things which I know was BS like Battery (It's almost new) Upper and lower radiator hoses (I agree with lower but upper was replaced not too long ago and you can tell by looking at it) and lots other stuff like to flush all fluids etc. So I just asked to take care of TF leak. So they replaced axle seal. Didn't last too long started leaking TF same like before. Called them they told me to bring vehicle in, so I did, they end up replacing (or at least claiming that they did) axle seal again telling me that this seal is some type super strong axle seal which should take care of leak. When I got home it was leaking same as before. Called them next day since they were closed already on that day and talked to the manager he told me to keep driving for at least couple days. Listening to that guy was big mistake. After some time I called them again was told to bring car in again. When I did they refused to do anything or reimburse and gave phone number of some transmission shop when they claim on website that they do transmissions they told me that they don't fix nothing inside transmission. So I called and was told right away that the cause most likely output shaft bearing in transmission based on mileage and symptoms and that it would be easy to tell if they would have tried to move axle to see if there is any free play in transmission so I really have a reason to question their knowledge and experience. I understand people do mistakes some people trying to learn and was trying to work with them let them correct this situation. I called this location manager at least 5 times and every time was told that he will call me back he called back once to tell that he will call me later that day. After that I called some corporate customer review number and left the voicemail. Some Guy called me back (I'm not positive but I think he introduced himself as the owner) and told me to bring my car to another location so he can replace axle seal since according to him warranty was for axle seal. So instead of giving my wasted money back he said he'd rather keep replacing that seal. When I asked about diagnostic he said he can reimburse 55$ for misdiagnosing when I asked about his liability he told me that I have to start reading receipts better. He's right I looked up and I see they replaced word diagnostic with word check and advise. It is very frustrating experience and it's not about money. This vehicle is being donated any way and money can be made but trust and good name is more than just reading receipts. Enjoy your gain.
Sorry you were unhappy with the service you were given a long laundry list of problems with your vehicle and you elected to do the minimum.
