Amazing team! Quick efficient and great communication

We've been coming to Austin Automotive Specialists' Lakeway location for years, and have always experienced excellent service. They never pressure, always inform when something needs to be looked at in the future and when. This weekend we had a situation with the van not starting, had it towed and Todd's team had a look. Appeared the keys were an issue, and Todd recalled a possible recall scenario. He called a dealer, they did have a recall, and the dealer was able to repair for free. And Todd never asked for payment on time spent. It's great to have a trustworthy team to handle your vehicles. Thanks, Todd.

Tire blew out on 1-35, was able to get the car to this location. They were quick and helpful and put the spare on for free. Really turned a stressful situation into a blimp on a tiny radar. Great service

Outstanding work! Price was only $103.89 to troubleshoot and correct a fuel issue which caused my truck to breakdown at stop lights or signs. I couldn't figure it out but they did!

Tom and his crew came through for me again! I had two separate issues with my company car that really put me in a bind. Tom really went out of his way to help me out and he got me back on the road much faster than I thought possible. Tom and his team has been great with servicing both our Toyota vehicles! They offer full service and I can definitely say they know their stuff. I have a Toyota 4Runner with over 200000 miles that they have worked on and overhauled steering linkage and suspension alike at very affordable rates. They are definitely my trusted go to.
