I find the shop to be trustworthy and well-run. I feel comfortable sending my daughter or my wife alone and not expecting them to be taken advantage of. I have had bad experiences at Quick Lube shops I'll refrain from naming them but this location does the right job for the right price. It feels like more than a quick lube shop it has a family-run feel to it and they make each customer feel like they're important. They did a good job on my daughter's car and I appreciate that I am now a customer.

They charged me for an oil change but never changed the oil. Ended up going to Firestone. Paid twice for one oil change.

I kid you not, this place treat you with the most respect the best pricing and the most trusted service anywhere in the city of Austin. I am baffled by the level of customer service professionalism and quality of work. DO NOT go anywhere else! I’m sure this sounds cheesy, but it is the truth the manager there by the name of Jerome was working tirelessly to get pricing within my budget and in the meantime remembered details about myself my wife our baby on the way and we struck up chit chat. This place is friendly and professional all around, and I will absolutely never go elsewhere

Discount tire damaged a lug and told me they have a system set up with Austin automotive. After making an appointment for 1pm, and arriving on time the individual at the front told me he was running 2 hours behind schedule. Why he didn't call me in advance to tell me this, I have no idea, my time must not be important. Thinking he was just saying that as if I hadn't made an appointment and that was the general wait time, I politely reminded him I had an appointment. He then proceeds to tell me that he's just doing this as a favor to discount tire, as if the mismanagement of his schedule was my fault, and as if I'm a massive inconvenience. After pointing me to another location, I said thank you, and then he proceeded to stare and continue to not show any professionalism not even with a simple "your welcome" Listen, I didn't have discount tire purposely damage my lug, so that I could be further inconvenienced with yet another automotive appointment. Furthermore, if you have a problem with the business deal that discount tire has with your business, that's a problem to take up with discount tire, don't take it out on me, as if I'm coming in wanting free work done on my vehicle. I know you're still going to invoice discount tire for the work done, so I don't know why I was treated as a second class citizen. I will say the other location treated me well and with respect

Have been coming here for a few years. Surprised to see all the negative reviews, I've never had a bad experience with these folks. They always take care of my car quickly and I think their prices are good. Most recently, Darren went out of his way to get me money back on a dead battery that still had some warranty left on it. Suggest updating hours of service on Google such to indicate that they do not accept new service after 5pm. 2nd time I have waited at 5pm, then turned away at 5:15pm. Staff is nice enough, however, they don't bother to close the bay doors to indicate no new service, and also if they do make you wait by taking additional phone calls for 10-15 minutes, there is no accountability to be accountable or flexible in their own management of customers and time. Past service has been great, but I would suggest always to use them in the morning and never in the afternoon. I would also strongly suggest updating their closing hours to reflect this business practice of no new service after 5pm such customers such as myself do not continually think that 30 minutes before closing is okay for this establishment when it is clearly not. Other than this complaint, they provide a good service in my past experience and I do not have any complaints about them or their staff. They just need to tweak a bit of their handling of their way of working. I wouldn't have waited my time in traffic trying to get their by 5pm if I saw the bay doors closed.

EXCELLENT!!! I have been going to Austin's Automotive Specialistss (AAS) (Buda location) for over 5 years now. No one likes to get major care repair done, but the staff at AAS are great. I was sorry to hear that Tom T. left for another opportunity but he was great to work with and I hope the current staff carries on Tom's outstanding customer service quality. AAS is also "military friendly" and provides a military discount!! As long as I am in the Buda area, I will continue to go to AAS for my car repair and general maintenance needs.
