Terrible experience here. Full disclaimer -- I can only speak on the professionalism and the manner in which they treat their customers here @ this particular location, I didn't have an opportunity to review their services because I walked out on them in frustration, and I probably don't see myself ever going to another AA location but maybe some other ones are better -- i couldn't say!! Anyway, the staff here were very condescending and cold with their correspondence. Unprofessional in their choice of words and not the slightest attempt was made to be courteous and understanding, it honestly felt like they made me out to be inferior and naiive (I can only speculate as to why -- maybe my age?? who knows). They also didn't seem to care about losing me as a customer, were quick to burn the bridge and let me walk out. It was the stereotypical sleazy, shady auto experience. I went somewhere else, not expecting much after this, and had a tremendously positive experience!! I'd advise to take your business elsewhere -- at the very least a different location if you really like AA

My Expedition's AC died in this hot Texas heat and engine about to die on I35. Luckily for me, I rolled into Austin's Automotive Specialists just in time. (Also Yelped before I made it there.)Awesome customer service (Andy was great),great communication in what needed to be done, quick in fixing my truck with all the problems, & reasonably priced! My 2013 Toyota Tundra had a Brake issue. Jerome professioinally and politely provided outstanding Customer Service, diagnosed the issue, and corrected the problem. These guys are very experienced mechanics who understand how to treat a Customer. Stop shopping for price and take my advice...go to Austin's Automotive Specialists at 12990 Research Blvd to get you vehicle serviced by the best!

Update: 3/4/24 I'm very pleased with the work you did and keeping your word. As always I'm very impressed. I'll continue to be a customer. I liked the work they did on my brakes . The price was fair and they took the time to show me the issue.

Came in to ask about some work and get a simple qoute on a oil change. Guys at front desk offered little to no help and laughed at me in my face. Just rude and unprofessional

All the other guys here suck. But the main MECHANIC .. Master tech is the only guy keeping this place alive ! Hes the only reason i would recommend this place.
