Unprofessional place. When I dropped my car this place I said can you change oil and turn signals please. They changed oil but they forgot turn signals. And they said can you come tomorrow because 30 minutes later we will close. I said ok. When I came second times store they said me total $47 but they charged $55. Also I waited more than 2 hours for simple signal turn lights change!!! I'll not come again!!!
Mr K. Multiple reviews? I must politely take issue with your review. You came in late in the day, at almost closing. We found your 2018 Infinity took a special lamp. It was to late to get one delivered. So as you state, you came back the nest day. We discovered that to change this lamp it not only required the removal of your wheel but also the wheel well itself for access. This is the reason for the length of repair time. We did not increase the cost of the repair since we had quoted you a cost. We honored our quote. Quotes do not include taxes nor fees. No one wins in a situation like this. We lose a customer and you lose an honest repair shop. So please consider us again in the future.
