Amazing service and friendly staff! I was looking for a reasonably priced, yet professional place to do an oil change after spending way too much at the dealer. I had originally went to a Valvoline to get it done, but after declining some unnecessary services they told me "they were unable to get the skid plate off and to take it to the dealer instead". I took it to the dealer and was met with a laugh and also told I would be charged for them to take a look at my vehicle. Austin Automotive Specialists took my car in and had no trouble with a "skid plate". The staff here did not try to push extra unnecessary services on me. I was in and out in about an hour without an appointment. I will definitely visit again and recommend to others!

Was referred to them by Jiffy Lube on Manchaca and I went over after work told them my issue assuming I would have to come in on another day since they were closing in 30 minutes but the man at the front said “we can get that done in thirty min or less”. I was impressed! Was in and out so quick and extremely affordable! Will definitely be coming back to see them. Great job guys.

I have gotten my oil changed before at Austin’s Automotive specialists but the experience I had with them after my car was stalling was definitely worth reviewing. It’s always nerve racking when you don’t know anything about cars but everyone made me feel very comfortable and seen. Andy and Justin in particular were so kind and helpful and I feel lucky to live so close to the shop ! I would 100% recommend this business to other people. Thank you so much y’all!

This place is extremely professional! There were no pushy salesman feels here whatsoever. They just took care of my brakes and let me know of a few things that could be worked on in the future. I highly recommend Austin Automotive and will definitely be going back for tune-ups! Thanks guys:)

Doug is the best, and he is very passionate about what he does. The service is always efficient, and he takes the time to answer any questions I may have. I have used AAS for a number of standard issues and I will certainly be back. It's always nice to work with someone who clearly likes their job!

Austin Automotive specialists takes walk ins but they'll have to work around other people's appointment times which I get but it was a nuisance drop my car off at 10 something in the morning and didn't get it back till almost 5pm.
