Took my truck in to the Hutto location to have steering pump replaced on 01 dodge 2500 truck. They did a great job. Fast turnaround. I dealt with Paul. He was honest and straight forward. I'll go back for more work.

Paul was great to work with when replacing the struts & shocks on my 2010 Honda Odyssey. He was the only Hutto dealer to quote using the “best” Monroe parts and still met competitive prices. In addition, he knew how to fix my broken fender skirt & adjust the wheel camber without using an expensive camber kit. He provided several no charge services plus a round trip home & back.

I took my Toyota Rav 4 to Austin’s Automotive Specialists in Lakeway area to check my brakes after having another (very well known) auto mechanic in Lakeway look at it. The first mechanic said I needed new pads and rotors on front brakes. I was wary of this so I took it to AAS. After they checked my brakes, I was assured that not only did I not need rotors but I don’t even need new pads yet!! And now they’re rotating my tires for free! I will only use Austin’s Automotive Specialist in the future.

Jim is AMAZING! Took my car to him because it wasn't running well and a mobile mechanic told me that the catalytic convert was flooded but come to find out it was just my battery. Jim had everything taken care of quickly and was very friendly. I will definitely trust all my future car needs with him and Austin Automotive Specialist.

I woke up to a dead battery in my car. Called around, most places either did not have my battery in stock or could not get me in until next day. Austin Automotive Specialist had my battery and got me in right away. They were super professional. Checked out all of my electrical system, changed out my battery and got me back on the road very quickly. The price was very competitive. I highly recommend giving them a try next time you have issues with your vehicle.

Jim (Manager) and the group at Austin Automotive are fantastic. I brought my Tundra in for rear brake work. They did the work but the vehicle shook when coming to a stop. They replaced the parts again under warranty but called and Jim stated it was still not right. They continued to work on the truck over the next day until it was working perfectly. Not only did they stick by their work but they didn't quit until it was complete fixed. I am very happy with the performance of my truck after their care. Thanks Jim and team!
