This is the second year, I came here just because it was the closet to my home. At the end of August, I went there again to get my oil change and annual state inspection. After, waiting that day for a while , they told me they didn’t have the annual inspection service until their machine was inspected and they did only the oil change. Then, I went back again on my day off at the beginning of September I got there right at 7:30am, they made me wait 45 minutes and took the car right away to the shop and after I waited too long they told me, their machine wasn’t working properly and I left. Today, Monday I got there right at 7:30am again and I asked them, if their machine was working because I didn’t want to be waiting too long again, they told me it’s working, so finally they got my annual inspection done and then, one of the representatives told me, in order for you to past the inspection you need new windshield wipers, unfortunately I heard wrong the prices of each wiper and though I heard $12.99 each because I wasn’t that close to them and I asked the guy , are this the cheapest ones you have and he said yes , then when I’m paying they charged me $28.99 per each wiper. I’m very, very disappointed with them with everything so far, prices, not caring about me waiting too long , not calling back as promised every time , even worse charging me extremely expensive for wipers . I will never come back again and won’t recommend them either .
I am sorry you had to make more than one trip. Inspection machines are controlled by the State and are very finicky. As far as the wipers go some vehicle take what is called a Beam wiper and are more expensive. I am sorry you were not able to hear the prices correctly.
