When you want to avoid dealership service centers and you have a check engine light on, where do you go? I was recommended to Austin Automotive from my oil change place since the diagnostic codes were beyond their repair capabilities. Everything was done in a timely manner (even with a parts delay) and I was pleased with the level of communication and explanation of why other services were needed beyond the engine repair from chewed up wires from some rodent. I drive my vehicle above yearly standard mileage and glad to have found a reliable place to continue to trust for future service, even my oil changes.

Everyone at Austin Automotive from the reception team to the mechanics are highly knowledgeable and skilled employees. I felt very comfortable with having them do a rather large job on my truck. The problem with my vehicle and the repairs needed were explained in detail to my husband and me. I am lucky to have broken down in a town where they do business!
