Best mechanic i have found

I was truly impressed with their Scheduling, efficiency, communication, the minute you walk in and glance in the bays You can tell it is a quality establishment. Everything is clean They have the latest technology And very very professional staff. It was my first time there but it will not be my last.

I like it that they are not rude… most shops seem to have a take it or leave it attitude. Professionalism and trust goes a long way..

I was referred to Austin Automotive by Discount Tire, they had damaged a lug stud while installing tires, and I needed it replaced. Austin got me right in and found that the parts sent with me from Discount were incorrect, they quickly ordered the correct parts, and noting two studs were damaged doubled the order. I was still out quicker than I expected. Good service!
