This shop is honest as well, sadly, one of the very few shops remaining that actually do the work in a quality and guaranteed way! They are men of their word! THANK YOU! I live in El Paso but entrust our auto repairs for my dear son, an Austin resident, with these men. They take care of my beloved son’s truck which blesses me very much. SUBSEQUENT HUGE PROBLEMS WITH THIS SHOP. All related to squeaky breaks on my Nissan Altima. Inspected and estimated over $1200.00 to repair. Sounded weird and deceitful. Took it to Pep Boys for second opinion. Changed out the break pads adjusted tested and charged $169.00 parts and labor. I’ll never go back there.
Hi Joey. We apologize if you feel like we were trying to be deceitful in any way, that is not how we operate. When you came in you asked that your brakes get inspected, upon doing so we stated they did not need replacing as they had plenty of life to them. We did provide an estimate to replace them per your request but again, we noted that service was not necessary. If we didn't communicate that well, we are sorry and would like to make it up to you.
