I am very pleased with the customer service I receive.

They checked my brakes for me and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They are an honest business.

Great service. Also explained items needing current repair and other items like brakes that are fine at this time. No pressure tactics. They have always given our family fantastic service at a reasonable price.

Billy was recommended to us, so I called on Thursday and scheduled an appointment for 9:00 Friday morning. Billy was at the front desk when we got there and from the start he was rude. Made us feel stupid that we dare suggest we have an appointment, given that there were other cars to work on, cars from yesterday and likened it to a doctors appointment, seeming to imply that we should have no expectation of getting in at our scheduled time. (So why take appointments?) Seemed short and irritable with us the entire conversation. Would not go back!
