This was my first major repair using Austin Automotive and I was impressed. Staff were 100% professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I particularly appreciated having the mechanic SHOW me the mechanical problems while my vehicle was on the hoist and clearly explain each deficiency, it’s cause, and why it needed immediate repair. Neither Town North Nissan nor the previous shop EVER took the time to SHOW me a mechanical issue. Seeing things helped me understand the problem clearly (not a car guy here) so I now know more about brakes/axels/suspension/steering. You have to deeply understand your topic to be able to teach it to others and these guys know their stuff. By far the BEST communication I’ve EVER received from an auto repair shop in 40 years.
