Made the unfortunate decision to start at a Ford dealership service department when my car wouldn't start. They gave me the complete runaround. On when they would get to it and then on what was wrong. Basically lied to me. Gave me two different diagnoses, 1st being the fuel pump which is what I thought, then the 2nd being a complete engine rebuild. However my car never moved from where the tow truck dropped it. They literally never moved it into their shop to look at it. They even admitted they never took in into their shop. Told me they couldn't because it wasnt running. Really? Isn't that why most of us take our cars to a shop...because it's not running! But they still wanted to tell me it was a major engine issue. So I had it towed to Austin Automotive Specialist on W. Parmer. Coy checked me in and I told him the story. Within a few days, my car was back running. And it was the fuel pump, not the engine like the Ford dealership tried to tell me.
