They wouldn’t give me the cost to refill my refrigerant unless I brought it in, even after telling them how much it takes. Guy was passive aggressive.
Sorry you felt that way Dan. We did our best to explain why we were looking for more detail before giving you a price. Without knowing why you needed the freon, we suggested bringing it in to make sure you didn't have a leak. Sorry we couldn't help you out.
