Overall great experience! I’m sold on Austin Automotive due to the way they conduct business in a trustworthy manner. Unfortunately too many repair shops are over aggressive and take advantage of customers lack of knowledge when it comes to auto repairs…bottom line integrity matters and the entire Austin Automotive staff excels with this character….highly recommend!

We were on our way to San Antonio and developed driving problems. Our axles were shot. We went to Discount Tire and they recommended Austin Automotive. We had 20 minutes on Friday night. They took a Quick Look, said they were closing but would be open at 7:30 Saturday morning. We got a hotel room for the night. We were there at 7:30 AM. They started right away and had us back on the road by noon. Replacing both axles and my shot surpentine belt. They did an excellent job and saved our trip from becoming a disaster that could have been days long waiting for parts, hotel bills, and money. Thank you guys for the excellent service and support to get us on our way. Thanks to Richard Gerlock, Shop Manager and Shaun Ingall the technician who did the repairs.

Andy and team are always great. I had scheduled an appointment and had a conflict with work so a few days before we were able to reschedule thank goodness! My car was ready when they said it would be and I appreciate the text notifications so it doesn’t interfere with work.

Andy and Brandon took care of me and my car. My ac had been going off and on. The last time I took it in it miraculously went on and we weren’t able to diagnose the issue. It happened again but this time the ac didn’t go back on so the team was able to identify the problem and get my ac repaired. Grateful the work could be done in a day and I got my car back like new.
