Andy was such a great manager. I brought my kia here down from the dealership after they had tried to upsell me for $600 worth of unnecessary repairs. I walked out with a discounted alignment instead. Definitely coming back here for all my services.

I've been here twice now and the gentleman there have provided exceptional service every time. I went in the second time with a minor complaint and they resolved it in no time. I will definitely be taking my vehicles back to Austin's Automotive Specialistss! Thanks y'all!

These guys are honest and friendly.. After almost being scammed by groovy automotive they took care of me no problem -- they also didn't try to solicit me anything extra which was nice for once. Very accommodating and great service. Will use them again

These guys are actually there to help you. Andy, the manager, is at the front desk everyday and is honest about everything. They were willing to work with me and will not press for anything extra like other places. Convenient spot, awesome service.

I've taken my car to 2 other shops in Austin, and both times either the issue hasn't been fixed, or has come back in weeks. When my brakes started grinding, Austin's Automotive Specialistss fit me in on a Saturday, and was able to address 4 separate problems with my car I'd been having for a while. I got my car back by Tuesday, paid significantly less than I expected to, and all 4 of those issues have been fixed/taken care of. They were honest with what needed done. Andy took care of me, and I will be returning the next time I need my car looked at.

This was a breath of fresh air after I had an appointment elsewhere that told me a brake job would be $80 (HA!) along with an added hour and a half wait after my scheduled time so I left that place and called these guys. Chris and Clay told me to come on in and pulled my car into a bay without any wait once I arrived. After taking a look they showed me a few issues my car had and gave me an exact amount of how much it would cost without any added "necessary work." They were not only fast getting the work done but super friendly and welcoming while my fiancé and I sat I the lobby. I would definitely recommend these guys with two thumbs up! Would love to give a proper review for this place, but the last three times I've gone I was turned away since they couldn't get to me. All times were early in the day.
