Andy ,Justin and their team are truly the best. We’ve taken all our vehicles here for 17 years and have always been treated honestly and fairly. Andy goes above and beyond in making the right repair and never does unnecessary work. They are great about helping you prioritize work to be done that can’t or doesn’t need to be done all at once. They have worked on ours cars and RV with persistence for the toughest of issues. I’ve referred family and friends to them over the years and they too have them become lifetime customers. I don’t generally leave reviews but these guys are amazing and deserve all the praise and recognition for their honest, quality hard work!

These guys are great. They did everything they could so that my extended warranty finally paid to get my AC fixed. Then they really managed the shop so my car was fixed much faster than I expected.

I had previously used Austin’s Automotive Specialists for a brake job on my 2015 Honda Accord, and I was very satisfied with price, quality of work, and speed of service. My 2014 CR-V was getting up there in miles, and when I took it to the dealership for diagnostics for an electrical system issue, they gave me a list of stuff that needed (or would soon be needed) to be done on the SUV. The dealership was asking $3600. I went to Austin’s Automotive Specialists and they looked over the list and said they could do it for $2350. I also got a quote from another place and AAS was the lowest. I agreed to have the service done there. I dropped it off, and got a call a day and a half later saying it was done! My CR-V is purring like a kitten, most of the work has a 30k mile warranty or more, and I couldn’t be happier. I have a feeling I’ll be getting cars serviced as AAS for years to come. 5 stars!
