Very nice experience

My oil change lasted much longer than expected due to some technical difficulties, apparently. I received a $3 discount for that, which I guess is something but fortunately, I had cancelled my following appointment. There were no complementary services performed, at least not noted on the invoice, which was a let down.

They were fast, efficient, helpful and referred for being honest and not trying to add on unnecessary expenses .Great service!! I will refer them to friends and definitely use them again.

I have been going to Austin Automotive for five years. They are always friendly and my car is finished when they say it will be. The quality of their service is great. I only ever had one issue and I brought it back and they fixed it right away for free. Most of the guys that work there have been working there the whole time so they recognize me which is nice :-) Highly recommend!

I go here because it's conveniently located and they're quick, but on more than one occasion they've quoted me one price and then when I get my invoice it's significantly higher. Yesterday, I went in for an inspection and they told me I needed new windshield wipers. "How much is it?" I asked and they said $20 and labor is free. Sounded fine to me! Then when I went on to pay it was really $28. I'm not complaining that it was too much or that I got ripped off, I'm just saying be upfront about pricing and don't just guesstimate; give me an exact quote.

First time using this business, but all around a great place. Went there the first time got a quote, went back the next day to get it fixed. The price quote stayed the same. It did take longer then expected, they said about 4 hours and it actually was about 5hours. But considering how bad my wheels where I figured it was gonna take more time to get it done right. All in all a great place.
