This place is going down hill fast. I first called and made the appointment with “Doug”. I then drop my car off and all of a sudden, they are confused about what I am taking my car in for in the first place and then Blake is telling me “…oh well, sorry Doug’s not here anymore”. I literally spoke with him three days ago…. Then they claimed they didn’t know what to do with my car which I took my car back to them after they fixing the same issue a few months ago. They claimed to have “no notes from my previous visit” and they claimed they don’t have the part to fix my car anymore. Why did you accept me the service to begin with? Then I had to call multiple times to find out, “oh sorry, we are really backed up at this point so we can get your issue tomorrow”, this happened multiple times. I had to call everyday to just get a freaking update on what was going on with my vehicle. This place is mismanaged and ultimately a joke. They will try and price gouge you too on top of not communicating with you as well. Don’t recommend this place to anyone. Avoid if you can! It’s not worth the price and waste of time.
