My 2012 Nissan Sentra was taken to Austin's Automotive Specialists #107 located at 1800 South IH35, Round Rock, Texas 78664 on May 11, 2021 for replacement of two front struts and shocks and front wheel alignment. They changes the struts and shocks and their estimated fee was way over Nissan dealer estimation. The car is driven by my 18 year old son back and fort to work only About a week ago front end of the car making some noises and the two front tires are wearing out faster than rear tires and not evenly. Also I noticed the drive side wheel was kind of loose due to un-ties lower control arm bolt. I had to send the car back to this shop for their work investigation they are denying that this was their fault and don't want deal with it. I think My son's life was in dangerous because of their work. They are asking me for the two truck fee and tell me $25 for each day that the car is there. I am filing a case with my attorney and report this business to BBB and will make them to pay for this. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUISNESS.

You are obviously unhappy with our service. Our City Manager will reach out to you to see what we can do.

Do your research before bringing your car to this Cedar Park location! The Research Blvd. location I give 4 stars for their outstanding service and prices. I brought my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe in for a noise that wasn't "normal." It sounded like a belt issue. Clay, the front desk representative who assisted me gave me a call to go over the situation telling me it was the starter & gave me a quote of $667 for replacing it. WHAT?!! You're kidding me!?! My husband and several automotive shops were in disbelief. The part itself is $87 for a remanufacture. A new one roughly costs anywhere between $168 to $200 and labor is roughly $110 to $150 depending on the service. So, hmmm...that comes out to $ 400 or a little over. But ALMOST $700 is seriously taking advantage. I'm so disappointed with them. I paid the $61 for the diagnosis but I will never go back to them. My husband found a place in Round Rock and it is only costing me $318 for labor and parts.

I am sorry you are unhappy with your visit. We use only quality parts and hire ASE Certified tech's to do our diagnostic and under the hood engine work.

This was the easiest place to do business. The guy who checked me in, Ron I think, never made feel bad about asking a question or getting more info. He even gave me a great tip about something unrelated to the oil change but about my car. I’m definitely going back when I need something done to my car.

Thank you Missy.
