Went in for two vehicle inspections, the guy behind the counter obviously did not care about earning business from a new customer, as he made the situation seem like it was an inconvenience to him. Called prior to getting there and the phone rang for a solid three mins also. Went down the street to Christian brothers. Great customer service.
I am sorry Andrea. Our location in Buda is so popular that we are almost always backed up on state inspections. So the 30-40 minute wait you were quoted for an inspection though unfortunate is not unusual nor is it we don't value our customers.
