Bad experience. I don’t leave reviews often but when I do…they mean something. First time there, received quotes totaling $700+. After breaking it down there was $100 charge for replacing an air filter ($10 max to do yourself) and other inflated quotes. Luckily I know cars, just didn’t have my tools after moving here, and called them out. They then adjusted the over inflated quotes. Next time back I’m dealing with a battery issue, a battery I purchased from them under 2 years ago. They couldn’t come jump me and insisted I pay an $80 diagnostic fee (2 minute job) and proceeded to tell me I needed a new alternator for $500+. I drove my car away and everything is working fine, my battery simply drained a night I left my door open. They do quality work. They know what they are doing. But they prey on uneducated people and provide misleading diagnostics to bring in more $$. I highly suggest using another location or a different company if you are looking for a long-term trustworthy repair shop.
We are sorry you were happy with our service. Your battery was less than 2 years old and tested weak, needed recharging. That is unusual for such a new battery to go bad. Our test found your alternator was not putting out the voltage required to keep your battery fully charged.
