Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

I had my car inspected this week at Austin Automotive Specialists on 620 (Hudson Bend area) and had the BEST customer service! I want to give a shout-out to Chris, AAS is blessed to have him caring for their clients and the young man who did my inspection also did a great job! I called before heading over to make sure they had the staff and time to do it, and had the best experience especially since it was close to closing time. I highly recommend!

They were able to diagnose an electrical problem I had with my headlights and fix it before the day was out, even though they were booked they made time for me. Great service and a pleasant experience!

This company was not able to solve my problem because it had to go through the dealer. They examined the warnings that I had & determined that they couldn't fix the problem. They were very helpful. I will use them again when I have another problem with my Mercedes.

This is the place to get your car worked on! My first experience was in the Cedar Park location. Dropped off my car to have the turbo check since it was pumping out a code. Gentleman there inspected it and let me know that it would be a little out of my price range at the time to fix it. He didn’t charge me for the inspection and told me it was ok to drive on for a while and to bring it back in when I had the funds. My other car had the AC bust. I left it with them and they were able to diagnose the issue within the hour. I wasn’t able to pick it up for a week, but they fixed it and held on to the car for me. The fix worked for a day but broke down again due to an old o-ring through no fault of their own. They took it in next day and found the issue, fixed it again for no extra cost! Honest hardworking mechanics can sometimes seem like an oxymoron, but these guys are legit! Earned my business for any future car work I need!
