Walked-in with an appointment after an hour and finished oil change with my car just 30 mins.

I was blown away by the accommodating spirit here! There was a glitch and my online appt did not register but after a phone call to check on status of appt they made it work and took care of my car the day I had thought I had made the appt for. I had a lot delay Ed maintenance work to get done and they completed it all and had my car ready when I needed to be able to pick it up. They also noted a problem with tires I had previously purchased at another shop. They explained the issues, had it all typed. On report that I could bring back to other shop to get warranty work there. I am a very satisfied customer.

I had to rework my brakes using warranty and they did honor the warranty for the brakes . As of now i don’t have any issues with this . I had to drop my car off for the inspection and was told that I will be called back after couple of hours but I never got a call until I followed up . This was also the same issue after the work which I followed up . So cannot rely on them to follow up .

Clay is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and over the top helpful! My previous mechanic was apparently dropping the ball w/o my realizing it, but Clay was very positive & diplomatic about it. Service repairs have been done very well & always a quick turn around. My vehicles are in great hands now!
