Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

I went to get car inspection and walked in on a Friday without an appointment. My car was inspected right away and the staff was very helpful. I appreciated their patience and professionalism.

We have been taking both of our cars to Austin Automotive for a few years and have never been unsatisfied with their work. They have handled minor as well as major repairs in a professional manner without trying to push any unnecessary repairs on us. We trust their word and their work.

Andy and the guys did a fantastic job on some maintenance I needed to have done to make my car road ready for frequent long trips. My car is handling like a new car again (it's 7 yrs old)! I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience anywhere else! I travel with work, so always on the road, meaning always something to deal with when it comes to car issues. They ran few test with my car, ordered parts and was fixed within a timely manner. Other places I have to wait days to get my car back! They are quick and efficient and layout all my options for me! They were able to drop me off at home since they had an extra person. Prices are very reasonable! Staff is very friendly and professional! I would definitely use them again and recommend!
