I was very satisfied with the overall experience especially with the customer service starting with Alex if I remember correctly at the front desk. My car needed an alignment and I was able to be done from start to finish all within an hour when I was notified that it could possibly take all day. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Came here for an AC evaporator flush and an oil change. I was taken home and brought back after the work was completed. They flushed the evaporator, saying that a lot of dirt came out, and that the air filter was not in the car at all. Now the smell in the cabin is almost not felt. Satisfied with the service and recommend this shop.

Last year I brought my Honda Pilot into Austin Automotive because the A/C was giving me problems.Scotty called to tell me their mechanic found a defective thermostat which costs a bunch less than a compressor! They are attentive and will take time to explain issues. I continue to use them because of their awesome work! Thanks Scotty!
