Went to this place because the reviews were good. I just needed a simple oil change. When I went to pay I noticed the price was above what it would normally cost. Turns out they gave me the synthetic oil, which I did not ask for nor did they ask me which I wanted. Then when I drove off I realized they didn't even top off my wiper fluid. Someone did reach out to "to try to make up for it" but when I took it back in I waited an hour just for them to "check it more thoroughly" and add wiper fluid. ***THEY LITERALLY CHECKED TO SEE IF THAT TYPE OF OIL WAS REQUIRED BY THE MANUFACTURE AND TOLD ME IT WAS NOT.

Guys were very nice to everyone waiting. They tried to remove a messg on my car but was unable to....I appreciate the effort.

Excellent work as always. Brought my old girl in and she was running RUFF! Other shops gave me grief but not Chris and Eddy. They took care of me with 10/10 customer service and she's driving as smooth as a new Cadillac. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Went in for a oil leak and they were able to book me the next day in the morning and fixed that afternoon. No too pricey very respectful hutto tx location.

Tim and Andy are amazing! They are courteous, helpful and kind! They go out of their way to take care of their customers. I have been going to this location for many year, with several types of vehicles. I would recommend this automobile service center to anyone!!!
