Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

They squeezed me in on Saturday. My elderly mother is from out of town and came in to get her car fixed by the dealership. The dealership last minute could not get the part. I called AA on Saturday at 11:00 and they were not only able to get the part but we were in and out in one hour.

4 stars only because they failed to properly inform me of the cost of a requested repair. They did provide a quality repair in a timely manner, as well as referred me to a quality diesel shop that was able to complete the remaining repairs

Chris and his team replaced front and rear brake pads and rotors on my Audi Q5 today. They also replaced an axle and cv joint. This was my first experience with Austin’s Automotive. I am extremely pleased with their honesty, professionalism and skill. Chris, the Shop Manager, will take very good care of you. I highly recommend this shop!
