Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

As an older, widowed female, I am particularly pleased with my recent visit to AAS. I was able to make an appointment for my convenience and felt safe in all my interactions with Mike. He was very patient with me, answered all my questions and explained the facts of the excellent work he performed on my Mini Cooper. I would be happy to recommend AAS to anyone needing an alignment.

The last alignment shop I brought my vehicle to did a sub-par job, basically just adjusted toe and called it a day. By contrast, Jerome and his team paid attention to detail making ALL the necessary suspension adjustments and did the job as if my vehicle was their own personal daily driver. It only took about an hour and now ALL my alignment specs are set correctly and my vehicle is driving like it’s brand new again. Not to mention, a great price for a full 4-wheel alignment.

Austin Automotive Specialists are my Companies goto Mechanic. I was lucky to find them on a recommendation from Discount Tire for an alignment. Jerome took care of me with the alignment and addressed a some other small concerns at that point. Since the alignment, They have been taking care of my truck and other trucks in our organization mechanical needs. About 2 years now... Jerome is alway helpful and attentive. He always sends a detailed quote with pictures attached to every suggestion they make. I've found their prices to be competitive and service to be excellent. I did have one issue with a repair conducted by them, and it was corrected and addressed as I would expect from a business with integrity. As I know from my business, it's not that mistakes don't happen, it's about how they're addressed. Great small mechanic shop! Thank you Jerome and Team!

I needed a front-end alignment after putting 4 new tires on my truck. Based on the tire store's strong recommendation, I called up Austin's Automotive Specialistss and Clay had me in and out of there in 15 minutes - incredibly quick service and very friendly. I was almost certain my brake pads were shot, and took my car in. The "worst case scenario" cost was far less than anywhere else I called. We got a call after the inspection, and new brakes were not needed. My rotors could have been refinished, but it "wasn't completely necessary". I am so so so happy that I found an honest auto mechanic shop! I will be coming here for everything going forward. I already started referring my family. Thank you!

I have used Austin Automotive in Buda several times and all ways received great service and a great price, but the main reason I am a repeat customer is because the guys that run the front desk are courteous and respectful.
