First impressions of any business will be the person behind the counter waiting on you &/or taking the phone call. In my case @ Lakeway's Austin Automotive it was Chris. He was very friendly, listened well & assured me that they would do what they could. In my case, my Enclave had a windshield water leaking. When key turned off the engine kept running. Chris called to update, give estimate for further investigation but in my case they could not specifically determine. Probably a windshield, so I did have to take it to an auto glass place for further investigation. And I applaud Chris & Austin Automotive for doin all they could, THANK Y'ALL
