I was so impressed with the customer service here. Robert helped me out with getting a new battery and it literally took 10 minutes. He was very kind and helpful and I really appreciated that especially after having so many car troubles recently. Highly recommend this place!

These guys are great! They are spot on when they look at your car. Their prices are reasonable. I took my daughter’s car there thinking we might need to replace the cv joints. They looked it over & found the cause of the noise. They said they could do the work for $900+ but it wasn’t a safety issue. But they did give me recommendations of things to make the car safe before she drives it to college. It wasn’t cheap, but it was a fraction of the price a dealership would have charged me. I’ve always been treated respectfully there (no condescending treatment b/c I’m a female). Every time I’ve taken a car there, I feel like their main goal is to help people get their cars running safely.

Very honest. I took my truck to a Toyota dealership and they told me I needed new brakes. So I took it to Austin's Automotive and they checked my brakes (free of charge) and said they were fine - no need for repair. So when I do eventially need breaks, I'll be going to Austin Automotive Specialists. 👍

Checked car in at scheduled time completed alignment in under 1 hour. Very friendly and professional shop.

I called for a inspección and they said to take it to them I took it to them and they told me that they would'nt do it because it was old and they would only take newer trucks or cars from 1996 and older I really think they could of atleast tried to look at it but no I want to say also that they want easy vehícules because it's more profitable to work on newer cars because they can just scan and use there tools to fix it right up fast because they can diagnosticate the vehícules easy and I would not recomend going there if u have a older vehicle than 1996 and if they don't work on older cars to let the people know that they don't 👎👎👎👎
