I have been using this place for 10+ years. Paul is like absolutely awesome. He’s very detailed. He’s very honest he makes phone calls and let you know what the cost is. He let you know if somethings not worth fixing everything that they’ve ever done for me is on the money they’re not the cheapest they’re not the most expensive they’re right in the middle but they do an awesome job and I trust him with all my automotive needs as well as you should.

Needed to get an alignment before a road trip the next day and although they were really busy they fit me in and completed it with a coupling hours. They also confirmed an issue I assumed I had, so now I know what I need to fix. They seemed very professional and fair, I’d recommend them and will return if need be.

A different shop told my wife we needed a brake job. ASAP, and that the car was dangerous to drive. I wanted a second opinion, as that first shop seemed a bit “shady” to me. The tech at Austin Automotive did a VERY through inspection (I watched through the window), including taking multiple measurements of the brake pads, inspecting the rotors, checking the brake fluid, etc. He told me the brakes were approximately mid-life on wear, and that the rotors looked fine as well. He did recommend flushing the brake fluid at the next brake service, but said he could not “in good conscience” recommend doing anything at all to them at this point. To make an already good experience even better, they declined any payment for the inspection. You can bet I’ll be bringing my cars to Austin Automotive on Bell Blvd whenever they need service from now on! Finding an honest shop is a challenge - but these guys seem to be the “real deal!”

Austin specialist did brake inspection on vehicle I purchased and very quickly gave me the best options.

I went in just for an oil change and they went above and beyond to check out everything. They send you pictures of the ware and tear that they recommended being replaced. Which I say is a plus. This was my first time and the trust they gain on my first visit is greatly appreciated. My car is driving great. I had an oil change, brake pads, and rotors replaced. The communication is great. I would definitely recommend. I have found my go to place now. Thanks guys.
