Great service, friendly staff and reasonable prices!!!

I can honestly say that I will not be a returning customer. The guy who helped me originally was so rude to me and treated me like a "women" that doesn't know anything about cars. I paid $1400 to get my AC fixed, it now runs cold but a new noise has developed. When i was still experiencing issues with my car I called back for the second time and I was told to bring it back so they could check it out. I brought my husband with me this time since I knew how that guy treated me before, I was truly shocked at the way he treated my husband. After listening to the conversation between him and my husband I couldn't take it anymore I ran into the shop crying and spoke with Kyle. If it weren't for Kyle who is awesome and kind they would get no stars! Kyle then set me up with a time to being my car back and get it checked out. In the end we have no clue why the noise started but to fix it would be a guessing game. My car is almost 10 years old so I wasn't interested in that option. I appreciate that Kyle actually listened to me when I told him what was going on. This was a completely different expirence for the original guy I dealt with for the repair.

You can't find a better place Mike is great-honest-very knowledgeable Who worries about the price when you get that kind of service! If I go somewhere else and save 25$ Have I really made a good deal? Thanks Mike

I brought all 6 of my vehicles yesterday to Jim Anders for inspections and some repairs. He had my paperwork ready for each vehicle,, one right after the other. His guys worked like a pit crew! Fast & efficient. After ordering the parts & getting them same day, they then installed hood shocks on my Lexus in under 5 minutes, right there in the parking lot! The parts were less than half the price of the dealership. Bring your car to Jim at AAS...you will be in good hands!

Went in for an alignment. I watched as they took the car out for a joy ride first for 15 minutes. Not sure why that was necessary for an alignment. Maybe they just want to be thorough. That's ok, but left me with a bad taste in my mouth. They finally checked the alignment. Said it was way off, that I needed hundreds of dollars of work and would take several hours. I was suspicious, so I just had them give me my car back and took it to a shop that I trust, where I should have gone to begin with. They said the alignment was mostly fine, only needed a very slight minor adjustment, and only charged me $80. Now, I have no way of knowing for sure which shop was right and which was wrong. Maybe the second shop was wrong and I really did need more alignment done. But I really trust the second shop and they have great reviews for being honest, and Automotive Specialists is less than stellar, so I'm inclined to think they were either trying to rip me off or perhaps incompetent. I sincerely apologize for the negative review if I'm wrong, but something just didn't feel right about that place, and I'm not going back.

Great fast work on my brake fluid flush and getting my inspection done. Also asked to have my windshield wiper nozzles looked at but it felt like they didn’t really look at it too closely as I got a vague answer that there might be a problem with the pump and/or the nozzles might have a build up in them but didn’t get a fully detailed diagnosis. Overall they are still my favorite mechanics in town by far.

Good honest mechanics and trustworthy neighbors in the car repair business. Our family has relied upon them for a long time. They go out of their way to help us save money and have even coached me on doing some repairs myself to save. This leads us to bring our business to them and trust them, while other local repair shops have overcharged us and quoted us as much a 4Xs higher for some repairs. My experience in the 4-5 times I have had work done have all been positive. I went in for my tires, and Paul reported my brakes would eventually need to be replaced. He gave a general timeline, but didn't pressure me to get it right away and I trust that he is on the level. After a basic oil change I also had a belt replaced, and when it was having growing pains he fixed it right away at no cost. Then just recently I got a flat in the new tire I bought from here, and Eddie was able to help me on a Saturday morning in under an hour for $20. That's way better than those Discount tire places, and my time there was comfortably cool and quiet. The waiting area is modest, a few cable channels and keurig coffee maker, and it's comfortable enough to chill in for a bit. Both guys are friendly, and I plan to use their services again.
