Would go elsewhere Decent customer service and sure they do good work. However, they overcharge! My diagnoses was a vent valve. I googled it and the part cost $50 on Amazon. I also found a video where the guy replaced the valve in all of 7 minutes . I tried it myself but broke a bolt didn't wanna risk it so went to another shop. They charged me 70$ bucks. I already had the part so they probably would've charged me closer to $200 with the diagnosis fee. How much was Austin Auto Specialists going to charge? $400! .

They know their stuff and straight-forwardly explains the situation. Mike was helpful and patient with me. Although I didn't get the news I was hoping for, they're reliable.

Went in to check brakes, they diagnosed it as bad tires instead. It took less than 20 minutes and they knocked $20 off the cost because of how quickly they were able to diagnose the problem.

It's a relief to have an automotive place you can trust. No surprises, which is a great surprise. Just reasonable, excellent service. Reasonable prices and very good quality work.

I have never been price gouged so hard. Wanted rear brakes changed, $300 max on parts 2 hrs max labor (I've done it twice on the truck myself over the years) I'm not gonna post their pricing but let's say it was incredibly unreasonable. And now I'm out the diagnostic fee after knowing the issue when I walked in. At least they were friendly. Update. Actually diagnosed an issue I did not see with my brakes. Despite the cost, they know what they're doing.
