I had the worst experience at this place. Not only are the not competent about the repairs they do but they are not very forthcoming on the info needed. They will try to nickel and dime you for everything just so they can turn a profit. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My Infiniti had a couple dash lights come on with the onset of the cold weather. The brakes had 50k on them and I read online that with the cold the brake fluid might be condensing, sending a brake fluid warning which was automatically turning off the traction control. Also the light for passenger side airbag was on. I strolled into their shop late friday morning apparently missing the early morning rush. They downloaded the computer evaluation diagnosing bad sensors for both issues. My brakes with 50k miles were still in good shape, fluid was full, No upsale! They recommended taking to dealer as they would not be able to calibrate the sensors. No charge on the Eval and No upsale for anything else!

Quality car care and quality service. Ryan and Clay are always so helpful and welcoming. Sometimes it can be intimidating walking into an automotive shop. I rarely feel comfortable or like I am getting an honest answer but this place is the best! They are quick, kind and precise. I will continue to take my family's cars here for years to come!
