Great office staff and great service. I had bus service and one our windshield wiper blades flew off and they replaced it at no charge.

Getting a better costumer service. The only person that treated me right and in a nice way was Robert. The “manager” used a rude language and literally told me to “grab my keys and go find another workshop if I didnt like their work” when the “work” they did wasn’t fixing my car. It took them three months to fix my car and they wanted to give it to me when it was making a very loud noise that wasn’t there before I left my car with them; they wanted to believe that the tires were making the noise when they were not the problem. After a long time of arguments and taking my car back and Ford (and loosing a looooot of time) they give it to me in acceptable conditions. Its important to say that I took my car to Austin’s automotive specialists cause I thought they were SPECIALISTS and a few times they told me “you can drive your car with that noise, it ONLY a noise, won’t affect anything else” (WHHAAAAAAT?) I’m really disappointed The only good thing I can say is that Robert had a lot of paciente with me and my case and always gave me a really good costumer service.

Austin Automotive specialists provided the best customer-service experience of any automotive shop, and really any place in general, that I’ve ever experienced. Justin and Andy took great care of us, were incredibly communicative, honest about our repairs, recommended us to another great local place in town. They worked with us getting our vehicle towed to the shop after regular hours and messaged us the next morning before even opening about the status of our repairs. Thank you, again, Justin and Andy for making an unpleasant vehicle problem such a positive experience.
