They "replaced" my inner tie rods 1/2/2021 for $600 I picked my car up with a brand new nail in the side of the tire that they said "was there when I dropped it off" and here I am with the same bad tie rods 5/9/21 and no money. I can thank the manager of the shop for all the "great work" he did. I will be getting a lawyer involved. Don't let them steal your money STAY AWAY! Edit: I have added pictures inner tie rod ends in red rack and pinion leak in purple and rack and pinion in blue. And receipt with personal info blocked out After posting my review I received a call stating I don't know what I'm talking about they replaced the rack and pinion because of my style car, the receipt says inner tie rod ends and as you can clearly see in the pictures neither of those have been touched, and the rack and pinion is still leaking. they also told me they cut me a deal and I need to remove my review, on the receipt you can see they not only charged me full price but also tacked on other services I did not ask for witch is forgivable as that could be used to determine issue with vehicle. However they didn't fix anything they stated they did I also did not get an alignment at this store they charged me for that that was done when I went to replace tires after finding my car here with a nail in the tire. I should have documented that at the time but I was under the impression this is a professional shop with good reviews. I was wrong.

Took my Jeep here and got it back the next day, Great place definitely would go back here.

I trusted Austin's Automotive in Buda for the life of my Nissan Altima for the 13 years I had the car. They were honest, reliable, and always willing to listen to any issues I had with my car. I will continue to use them for my vehicle needs.

Though I was not able to get my car serviced through them, they were extremely helpful. My car had overheated a block away from their autoshop and I arrived 40 min before close. They said they'd check it out but wouldn't be able to service it til the next day. However since I lived in South austin and could not manage to find a ride back for my daughter and I, it was impossible for me. Though they recommended against me driving the vehicle back they understood and even topped off the coolant for the trip. Excellent customer service and genuinely good people.

This place was so awesome they called and explained everything and made sure I was ok with the price and was very professional. The service was prompt and I will definitely be using them for any further work I need done.
