These guys were a pleasure to work with. Like any car repair shop, they found more issues than I came to them to get repaired, but I didn’t feel like I was being “taken for a ride” here. Instead, all of the suggestions were reasonably priced, and many of them were because I hadn’t serviced the car in a while. If I weren’t moving out of Austin soon, I’d come back regularly.

Clay is a terrible manager and will not take responsibility for his shop's mistakes. He got very aggressive when I pointed out the inner handle they broke. Started asking "oh did we break this and this too??" as if it was an excuse for breaking things. Not fit to manage, overcharged and underperformed. Edit: To the response, you sound like Clay as he kept blaming me for the car that was returned to me with a handle torn out. No one else has ever managed to tear out my handle, and I don't even know how you could do it. Clay handled the situation worse than his shop's mistake though. He easily could have apologized and said there was nothing he could do about it, but instead he got aggressive and looked like he wanted to fight over this.

Got an appointment for an oil change and they did the work timely, in and out in about 35 minutes.Thanks

These guys are the best. I went in to have a "check engine light" checked out and after doing the basic version for free and that revealing it was something to do with my car's thermostat, I decided to pay to do the full diagnostics test which revealed an issue with the computer reading system. They fixed it same day and I was able to then get my state inspection done the following Monday with them as well which is the whole reason I was prompted to finally get the check engine light taken care of in the first place. These gentlemen are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and sincere. I completely trust that their prices and assessments are honest and fair. Andy at the Round Rock branch especially helped especially to make a strong impression of their professionalism and integrity. Rock on AAS
