It was a difficult problem to diagnose. The lady at the front desk gave me the final bill, not an estimate, before the work was done. She explained what needed to be done. I went in to have my vehicle inspected for safety and they gave me a rundown on the condition of my vehicle and performed a visual inspection. I was expecting to pay for this service but upon picking up my car I was told it was free of charge since it was such a quick inspection. I will definitely come back in the future, really friendly staff and a clean office.

I called at 8:30 on Tuesday about a possible wheel hub issue and was told they could see it right away if I brought it in within an hour. I brought it in about 9:15 and they were able to look at it immediately. The problem was diagnosed with a repair costing about $200 less than I've been quoted at other places. I was on a time constraint because I had to pick someone up at the airport at 11:45am and they made sure the work was completed and I was out the door on time.
