Brought a car in for a new car inspection. They were able to squeeze me in with little notice and gave me a good idea of what I I was in for buying the car.

They were very helpful and professional in the knowledge of my car. It did take a while to repair because of the national chip shortage since my car needed a new computer. When I got it back, it has been driving like a champ. No problems or issues. Thank you so much for the repair.

Thank you for understanding and for your review Dylan.

Friendly staff! Not quite the result I’d hoped for… but if you need an air-conditioned waiting room to sit for 100 minutes while you pay $71 for your A/C to not get fixed…

I am sorry Ryan. We ask people to drop off their vehicles if possible. Due to not only COVID but we stay super busy and there is no way to tell how long the car ahead of you is going to take or how long it is going to diagnose your vehicle.

I got my state inspection here. These guys were very knowledgeable and professional. Made super easy and took no time at all. Notified me my power steering fluid was low and toped it off for me. I plan to go back and my ac fixed. They explained the process on how to diagnosed the problem in detail. Great group of guys, easy to talk to and very respectful.

Thank you Fayden. See you next visit.

Prior to today's service, I had only used Austin Automotive on Parmer Lane once for an oil change. I went there because my boyfriend used them for all of his work. Today I called them to see if I could get in for a diagnostic on why after multiple visits to discount tire down the road I was having wobble in my Subaru Forester while driving on the highway. Even though they were very busy Brian, who answered the phone, decided to work me in. I am a full-time college student and a parent and my schedule is pretty tight so I was grateful for the consideration. At 41 years of age and a car driver since 17, I've been in a automotive setting more than a few times. The inside of this facility smelled so clean and was so professional. I was greeted with kindness and in a non-rushed manner even though I knew I was a work in for the day. I described what I was experiencing in the car once more and told him I would sit and wait but stressed that I understood I was being worked in and appreciated the time. To make a very long story short, the technician took my car and drove it to see how it felt and when he returned he said he was able to replicate exactly what I had described and got to work. We discovered that the control arm needed to be replaced along with a couple of other little things associated with that. They presented me with an estimate that I felt was very reasonable and I approved the work and left. They had my car finished for me by the end of the day, and gave me a call as well as a text message to let me know when it was finished. Because of their timeliness and commitment, I was able to pick it up and return to my evening schedule and collect my daughter on time from school. This is the most professional experience I've had in an automotive setting, and honestly in any professional setting at all. The alignment they gave me at the end is guaranteed for 6 months and the ability to have what was a pretty nerve-wracking experience of wondering if my tire was going to fall off on the middle of the highway corrected in the same visit on a walk in basis is pretty amazing. I cannot overstate the appreciation I have for the whole service team there but most especially to Brian who saw everything through from beginning to end. This is my automotive shop for life and I will always always recommend it.

Thank you for your review and your business Jennifer. You can count on us to help you out with any automotive issues.
